Since the world famous Santa Spotters saved Christmas and has helped spread the spirit and joy of Christmas it is only fitting they should receive one but someone is out to make Chip & Bernie look mischievous and sabotage Christmas.
In part 1 of 4 Santa Claus is going to present Chip & Bernie the key to the North Pole when a special bulletin interrupts and show the Santa Spotters trying to ruin Christmas. With Santa disappointed and the world believing Chip & Bernie are up to no good, they head out to save their name and help save Christmas.
