Easy to do Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Cup: Cut off the bottom of a plastic cup. Warning, sharp edges! Ask an adult to apply tape around cut edges for safer handling.

Step 2: Creating the snow launcher: Take a balloon and tie a knot at one end. Cut off the other end of the balloon. Stretch the open end of the balloon over the wide end of the cup.

Step 3: Now, it’s time to get creative! Use craft supplies such as cotton balls, paint, googly eyes, pompoms, and more to decorate the balloon as a snowman. Give your snowman a face and even a scarf.

Step 4: Creating the snow. Cut up small pieces of paper, use pompoms, or place extra cotton balls in the cup.

You can even fill the cup with sprinkles and decorate cookies with it, like Chip and Bernie do!

Step 5: Go have fun! Pull back on the tied end of the balloon to launch the snow and make it snow indoors!
